Robin Gibb proud of north-west England roots
The BBC has looked back at the career of Bee Gee Robin Gibb and his early life living in north-west England.
The Gibb brothers were all born in the Isle of Man, although their family later moved to Manchester and Australia.
Robin has died aged 62 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
His family said they were making the announcement with "great sadness".
