Guitars stolen from Isle of Man music shop

Musical equipment worth several thousand pounds has been stolen from a shop in the Isle of Man.

Police said the "high value" guitars, one of which is valued at about £4,000, were taken from the Peter Norris Music shop on Finch Road in Douglas.

It happened at about 21:00 GMT on 25 January when thieves broke in through a smashed window in the front door.

A police spokesman said a group of men were then seen in the Kingswood Grove area with the instruments.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact PC Neil Hastie at police headquarters in Douglas.
