Dive enthusiast builds submarine

A diving enthusiast from the Isle of Man is building his own yellow submarine.

The project, which has so far taken Graham Bayliss from Douglas three years, is still not completed.

When it is finished Mr Bayliss hopes to use the vessel to view wrecks around the Manx coast.
