Interviews will be held next month to find a new chief executive for the States of Alderney.

It follows the departure of Roy Burke to take up a new post in St Helena after four years in the role.

The States said interviews for his replacement were due to take place in June and his successor was expected to start after the summer.

Until then, the role is being shared by States Treasurer Kerry Hatcher-Gaudion and UK consultant Stephen Taylor.
