Fast ferry sailings between the UK and Channel Islands have been cancelled due to high winds and rough seas.

Winds of up to force seven have been forecast, with a predicted drop to force four overnight.

Condor Ferries inter-island services and those to St Malo in France will run at rescheduled times.

The conventional ferry is due to operate as normal with an overnight sailing due to arrive in Weymouth on Saturday morning.

The company said it was offering all of its passengers alternative sailing options.
