Guernsey Water work suspends Torteval bus stops
A series of bus stops in the Guernsey parish of Torteval have been suspended while manhole covers are replaced.
The work, by Guernsey Water, has meant the closure of Rue des Laurens and Route de la Palloterie for an expected period of five weeks.
As a result, bus routes seven and seven A have been diverted and all stops between the Venture Inn and La Rue des Belle have been suspended.
The seven service will now travel through St Peter on Rue de L'Eglise.
It will continue on Route des Sages and Route du Coudre before making its way along the coast road back towards Torteval Church.
The seven A will turn around at the church before following the West coast road as far as L'Eree, before going on to the airport via L'Eree Hill.
