A derelict hotel in Guernsey could be demolished if permission is granted to the site's owners.

The Idlerocks hotel was fenced off and fell in to disrepair after a fire in September 2003.

Ramle Rocks Ltd, the company which owns the hotel, has applied for permission to completely demolish the Idlerocks.

The group was given permission to demolish three parts of the hotel's structure following a second fire at the site in June 2012.

The application to fully demolish the building will be considered by the island's Environment Department.
