Guernsey behaviour report suggests improvements needed

A report on disruptive behaviour and school exclusions in Guernsey has suggested improvements are needed.

The Scrutiny Committee reviewed the policies, training and support provided by the island's Education Department.

It found the way these were implemented and monitored could be improved, and made 36 recommendations to Education and Health and Social Services.

The States will see the report in March and, if approved, departments must say if they accept its recommendations.
