The tattoo artist turning 21 in a refugee camp in Lesbos

Rami is a tattoo artist from Iran, and he recently turned 21, spending his birthday in a refugee camp on the island of Lesbos.

His immediate reaction on arriving in Europe was "I have done it".

However his crossing was difficult, during one attempt three women drowned.

"I couldn't save them... I think about them every day".
