Ukraine crisis: Russia's Lavrov dismisses further talks

Russia's foreign minister has dismissed the idea of holding further international talks on resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

Speaking at a meeting of the Council of Europe in Vienna, Sergei Lavrov said that a framework to find a solution to the crisis had already been achieved - in the Geneva statement on April 17.

He told reporters that he saw "no added value" in another meeting.
