Ukraine deal 'needs immediate action' - John Kerry

An agreement to "de-escalate" the crisis in Ukraine needs to be carried immediately, the US secretary of state has said.

John Kerry was speaking after talks between Russia, Ukraine, the EU and US which sought to find a solution to the unrest in the country.
