Ukraine crisis: Streets calm amid wider tensions

Ukrainian forces have reclaimed a regional administration building in Kharkiv that had been seized by pro-Russian separatists - without a shot being fired - according to Kiev.

Meanwhile, pro-Russian activists remain in control of government buildings in Luhansk and Donetsk, as the BBC's Steve Rosenberg reports.
