Ukraine crisis: US-Russia deadlock post talks

US Secretary of State John Kerry has announced no new deal on Ukraine, after holding crisis talks with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Paris.

Speaking at a news conference, Mr Kerry said there would be no progress without involving the "legitimate government of Ukraine".

At a separate news conference, Mr Lavrov said Russia had agreed to work with Ukraine's government and people.
