Ukraine: Russia moves forward with Crimea referendum

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that Russia will respect the will of the people in Crimea's divisive referendum on Sunday.

Speaking at a news conference after talks with the US Secretary of State John Kerry, Mr Lavrov said the talks had been "constructive".
