Ukraine Crisis: Navy vessels blockaded in Sevastopol

5 March 2014 Last updated at 18:40 GMT

As the military stand-off continues in Ukraine, sailors from the Ukrainian navy, based in Sevastopol, are being prevented from leaving their ships.

Russian troops are stationed overlooking the military harbour, and Russian boats are blockading the main bay.

Some of the ships are said to be running out of supplies.

Daniel Sandford reports.
