Ukraine crisis: 'It is not military intervention,' says Russia

Russia's Federation Council voted on Saturday to approve the use of military force in Ukraine.

Andrei Klimov, Senator in the Federation Council and deputy chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, spoke to the BBC's Steve Rosenberg.

He said Russia had not carried out any military intervention and said their aim was stability.
