Sochi 2014: Organisers hope opening ceremony will have 'wow factor'

The costliest Olympic Games in history officially opens in Russia on Friday.

The build-up has been overshadowed by security fears, human rights concerns and delays to preparations.

Organisers are hoping that the extravagant opening ceremony will get people talking about the 'wow factor' of the games.
