Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the G20 summit has not resulted in an agreement with the US on the issue of Syria.
His comments came in a news conference on the final day of the summit in St Petersburg.
US President Barack Obama had been pushing for support among leaders at the G20 for a US strike on Syria.
Mr Putin said a one-on-one meeting with Mr Obama had not changed his position opposing military action.
