Bolshoi acid attack director 'may recover sight'

The artistic director of Moscow's Bolshoi ballet, who was nearly blinded in an acid attack, has been speaking at the medical clinic in Germany where he is being treated.

Sergei Filin appeared at a news conference alongside medics, wearing dark glasses, a scarf and a hat to cover much of his damaged skin.

Doctors have said he may recover enough of his sight to work again.
