Pope conclave: Friend's view of candidate Cardinal Ravasi


Catholic cardinals from all over the world are gathered at the Vatican to elect the new Pope.

Among the front runners is Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council for Culture.

Giovanni Battista Albani, a childhood friend of Cardinal Ravasi, spoke to BBC News about the many decades they have known each other.
