Three dead in Swiss factory shooting
Three people have been killed and a further seven injured in a gun attack at a wood processing factory in central Switzerland. Swiss police say the gunman is among those dead.
Switzerland's relationship with firearms goes back a long way, when civilians were trained to fight and to keep the country out of two world wars.
Now, it's estimated that for every 100 civilians, 42 of them own a gun. That gives the Swiss a ranking of third in the world for gun ownership, behind the USA and Yemen.
The incident will once again raise questions about Switzerland's liberal gun laws.
Imogen Foulkes reports.
