Spain's Luis Barcenas quizzed over secret payments claims
Luis Barcenas, a former treasurer of Spain's governing Popular Party (PP), has faced questions by prosecutors in Madrid over claims of secret payments.
It is a case that has led to accusations against Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy and other leading PP members.
Mr Barcenas and Mr Rajoy both strongly deny any wrongdoing.
