Year of stagnation predicted for Belgium

While senior officials are confident that Europe is emerging from its economic crisis, in Belgium it's predicted that 2013 will be a year of stagnation.

Bankruptcies have hit record levels and there are growing concerns about unemployment and poverty.

The BBC's Matthew Price reports from Genk.
