Russia flood victims struggle to ready their homes for winter

Some who lost their homes have now relocated to new flats provided by authorities - but others whose flats were damaged but not destroyed say the compensation they received has not been enough to ready their homes for the coming winter.

BBC Russian's Oleg Boldyrev reports.
