'Tensions' apparent between French and German leaders
Body language between French president Francois Hollande and Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel which suggests their relationship may be tenser than ever has sparked interest between journalists at the EU summit.
EU leaders have agreed to set up a single eurozone banking supervisor a major step towards a banking union, and a deal which appears to be a compromise between France and Germany.
