Can taking to the air solve Moscow's traffic jams?

Help

Traffic jams are nothing new in the Russian capital Moscow.

On many occasions roads are blocked to give way for very important people and their motorcades - people like the president, Vladimir Putin, or prime minister Dmitry Medvedev.

Medvedev is said to be planning to use his helicopter more often to free up the roads.

BBC Russian's Oleg Boldyrev asked Moscovites if they thought this would improve traffic.
