Ukrainian businessman with a submarine plan

A Ukrainian businessman has built his own submarine and wants to market it to the public.

Vasyl Chikur, 48, says his machine can travel at a speed of 3.5 knots (6.5km/hour).

He decided to build it when a friend wished for his dreams to come true on his birthday.
