European Central Bank poised to take eurozone action
The European Central Bank is to meet on Thursday to consider how to help struggling eurozone governments keep their borrowing costs down.
The expectation is that the bank will return to buying the sovereign bonds of troubled countries like Spain and Italy, but there is resistance in Germany.
