Armenia 'ready for Azerbaijan war'

Armenia has said it is ready for war after its neighbour and long-time enemy Azerbaijan reportedly gave a 'hero's welcome' to a soldier who hacked to death an Armenian colleague in Hungary in 2004.

Ramil Safarov returned to Baku after being freed by Hungary for the killing of Gurgen Markarian at a military academy in Budapest, where both servicemen were attending English-language courses organised by Nato.
