Norway publishes report into response to the 22 July killings
The findings are delivered of an independent report into the response to the mass killings carried out by Anders Breivik on 22 July 2011.
Seventy seven people were killed after Breivik carried out a bomb attack in the capital Oslo before shooting dead young activists attending a political summer camp on the island of Utoeya.
