Help

A Russian court has ruled that three members of a punk band arrested for singing a protest song in Moscow's main Orthodox church will remain in detention.

The women, part of the band Pussy Riot which is known for its controversial videos and lyrics attacking the Russian government, will stay in pre-trial custody until next January.

They are charged with hooliganism and could be sentenced to up to seven years in prison.
