Cuban spent 47 days on a ferry trying to re-enter Russia
Luis Vladimir Vega Cespedes is a Cuban architect, who was born in Russia and married to a Russian woman, but has no Russian passport.
Living in Russia has meant that he has to leave the country every 30 days to adhere to immigration rules.
Last time he made his monthly voyage to Finland, he was denied entry back into Russia for border rules violation.
He had to spend 47 days on a ferry, travelling between Russia and Finland, before Russian authorities finally allowed him back.
