What are the new Greek government's aims?
The new government in Greece says it needs more concessions over the austerity measures demanded by the European Union and International Monetary Fund.
In proposals that go much further than anticipated, Greece also wants to include an end to public-sector lay-offs, a suspension of wage reductions and tax changes.
