Archaeologists claim to have found a unique mammoth graveyard in Serbia, containing the remains of at least five of the prehistoric giant beasts.

The bones were recently found at an open pit mine in Kostolac, east of Belgrade, but months of work will be needed before all of the remains are unearthed.

Tom Santorelli reports.
