Greek opinion polls

Opinion polls are being published by major Greek newspapers and broadcasters each weekend. These are the BBC's averaged results based on the latest set of polls.

Our poll of polls is created by aggregating results from the four polls shown below (apart from 12 May, see below). We adjust the figures to give a smoothed average by discarding the highest and lowest figure for each party and then taking an average of the two remaining figures.

For example, presented with figures of 24, 27, 25 and 23, we discard 23 (lowest figure) and 27 (highest figure) and then find the average of 24 and 25 resulting in a smoothed figure of 24.5.
