Celebrations after 6,200-tonne building is moved 60 metres
A 122-year-old, 6,200-tonne building in Zurich has been moved 60 metres westward to make way for the expansion of a nearby railway.
The ambitious project, two years in the making, has involved freeing the foundations of the Machine Factory Oerlikon building before loading it onto a dedicated rail track.
