France votes: Hollande celebrates win in Paris

France's President-elect, Francois Hollande, has addressed thousands of jubilant supporters in Paris after he beat Nicolas Sarkozy in Sunday's election.

Mr Hollande, who got 51.7% of votes in the poll, spoke of his pride at becoming president and vowed to be a leader for all.
