France votes: Hollande vows to be candidate for change
French Socialist Francois Hollande has vowed to be a candidate for all who want change in France, after initial estimates said he had secured the most votes in the first round of France's presidential poll.
He will now face centre-right incumbent Nicolas Sarkozy, who came second in the Sunday's poll, in a second-round run-off on 6 May.
