Presidential pancakes anyone?


Iceland's president is taking an unusual step to boost tourism in the country, which is still recovering from the impact of the ash clouds.

He is asking Icelandic citizens to open their doors to tourists so they can truly experience Iceland.

President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson is leading by example, inviting visitors into his own home, the Presidential Palace, for pancakes.

He spoke to the BBC's Martine Dennis.
