Under 25s in France turn to binge drinking

Authorities there are particularly concerned about the under 25s, who they say are drinking to get drunk.
A combination of lax parenting, drinking parties, and cheap booze is being blamed. The problem has forced the country's second largest city, Lyon, into drastic measures by banning the sale of alcohol in shops after ten at night.
From Paris our correspondent Christian Fraser reports.
