Germany disputes WWII reparations at UN's highest court

A dispute over reparations for Nazi atrocities committed during World War II has pitted Germany and Italy against each other in the UN's highest court.

Italian courts have already received claims from victims and their families but Germany has rejected suggestions it should pay.
