The Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, is to address parliament in Rome on the country's financial crisis.
Two days of big losses on the Milan stock exchange and record highs on Italy's sovereign debt premiums have renewed fears that Italy could be the next victim of the eurozone debt crisis.
