Norway attack: 'Victims were screaming with fear'
Norway's justice minister has praised the security services for their response to Anders Breivik's twin attacks on Friday.
However questions have been raised about whether the police were quick enough to get to Utoeya island where the killer went on the rampage - with local people left to help the traumatised teenagers.
