Norwegian massacre survivor: "It was like hell"
A Norwegian teenager who survived the massacre on the island of Utoeya by swimming for the mainland said it was "like hell".
Eighty-five people were shot dead as a gunman, dressed as a policeman, ran amok on Utoeya. An 86th person died in hospital on Sunday.
Speaking to the BBC, the survivor explained how he swam for his life.
