Col Bob Stewart: No political will for Mladic arrest
Europe's most wanted war-crimes suspect Ratko Mladic has been arrested in Serbia, reportedly after an anonymous tip-off.
Col Bob Stewart, who commanded British forces in Bosnia and is now Conservative MP for Beckenham, said it had taken so long to arrest the former Bosnian Serb army commander because there had been no "political will in Serbia to do it".
