A tour of the EU's largest civilian mission, in Kosovo
Kosovo is approaching the third anniversary of its declaration of independence from Serbia.
It is trying to grow into a fully self-sufficient state, but still has a large international presence to guide it along the way.
One of the key international bodies is EULEX - the European Union rule of law mission in Kosovo. It is the largest civilian mission in the history of the EU.
Our Balkans correspondent Mark Lowen was given rare access to the special police training of EULEX in the Kosovan capital, Pristina.
