Inside Turkey's 'cancer village'
The community of Tuzkoy in Turkey's central Cappadocia region has been afflicted by a particular epidemic for generations.
Twenty-three years ago a doctor discovered unusually high levels of mesothelioma in the area, a type of lung cancer normally associated with asbestos - leading to the village being dubbed "cancer city".
Explicit advice was given to the villagers to move, some five years ago - but it's a process that has been happening slowly.
Now authorities in central Cappadocia region have come up with a drastic plan to stop the epidemic - raze and bury the entire settlement.
The BBC's Jonathan Head visited the area to find out more.
