Film on Cistercian monks' murder tops French box office

Help

Topping the cinema box-office in France is the real-life tale of seven Cistercian monks who were murdered 14 years ago in Algeria, it's believed by Islamist extremists.

"Of Gods and Men" has been seen by nearly two million people since it came out three weeks ago and has been selected to represent France at next year's Oscars.

As Hugh Schofield reports, it has also re-awakened efforts to find out the truth about what actually happened.
