Turkey to vote on controversial constitution change

Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has defended the controversial referendum on changing the constitution.

The changes include a strengthening of the civilian courts at the expense of the military but has raised concern about the independence of the judiciary.
