Pickles on a pedestal at gherkin exhibition
A curious exhibition involving pickles has opened at a museum in Salzburg.
The exhibit, by the Austrian sculptor Erwin Wurm, who has inspired the rock band the Red Hot Chili Peppers, consists of a number of 'self portraits" - 36 pickled gherkins and cucumbers made of acrylic.
